Solitary Confinement features three video works by New York based artist Cindy Hinant : She Understood That It Has A Great Value(2017), Selfish (2012), and a recent collaborative work My Psychology (2024) with Violent Housewife. Drawing from the research of minimalism, Hinant's work delves into the gaze and the void of celebrity culture, exploring the themes of feminism, identities and the psychology of the grid.
